Hunting Ground “Gramatikovo”

Hunting ground “Gramatikovo” is located in Southeastern Bulgaria, at only 95 km from Burgas airport and 550 km from Sofia airport.

The territory of “Gramatikovo” is part of Strandzha Mountain. The terrain is hilly-mountainous, covered with dense oak and beech forests. The highest point in the area is the peak ​​Telcharnika – 487 m. above sea level, and the lowest – at only 45 m. along Veleka river valley.

The variety of game stock is rich in “Gramatikovo”. Main game species here are red deer, roe deer, wild boar, as well as wolf, jackal, fox and wild cat. In recent years, wild boar driven hunts have also been hugely successful. For feathered game hunters, “Gramatikovo” is a really attractive destination for woodcock hunting.

Hunters in “Gramatikovo” can be accomodated in several hunting lodges.
Hunting lodge “Kachul” is situated on Veleka river bank. It is equipped with 6 double rooms, an independent kitchen with a dining hall and a folk-style recreation spot. Next to it visitors can find a forest nursery and an arboretum of rare and exotic plant species.

Hunting lodge “Dudenovo” consists of 4 independent buildings, each with 2 bedrooms, air-conditioning, satellite television, dining hall and resting spot. In a separate building you can also find a sauna and a steam bath.

Hunting cabin “Petrova Polyana” is situated near the village of Kalovo and it has 3 bedrooms and kitchen with dining hall. Guest hunters can taste traditional Bulgarian recipes and an excellent cuisine.
